Jiangxian HengTong Casting Co., Ltd. is a leading advanced enterprise specializing in the production and export of flexible centrifugal cast iron pipes. Situated in Meili Town, Jiangxian County Development Zone, the company covers an area of 55,000 square meters with a construction area of 14,000 square meters. With total assets exceeding 40 million yuan, the company boasts an annual production capacity of up to 50,000 tons. We possess more than 80 main production equipment, complete power supply and testing facilities, and have independent chemical and physical laboratories.
Established in October 1997, the company originated as Quwo Town HengTong Casting Co., Ltd. In the year 2000, it obtained quality system certification through the scrutiny of the international certification body DNV, the Norwegian classification society, serving as the passport for its products to enter the international market. Our products have successfully passed quality certifications from countries such as the United States (UPC), Malaysia (SIRIM), Canada (CSA), the United States (NSF), and Germany. Since gaining the right for self-export in 2001, over 95% of our products have been exported to developed countries such as the United States, France, Italy, Australia, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Germany, earning the company high recognition in both domestic and international markets.
Adhering to the quality policy of "Quality is endless, and customers are supreme," the company has established a solid reputation in the international market. Recognized by the Provincial Science and Technology Commission as a "private technology-based enterprise" and having its centrifugal cast iron pipe technology identified as a "technology promotion project" by the Ministry of Construction, the company has received numerous accolades for its achievements in technological innovation. The "Qipa" brand trademark was awarded the title of Famous Trademark in 2002 and again in 2011. In 2011, our cast iron pipe products were recognized as famous products in Shanxi Province.
Designated as a "high-tech enterprise" by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology (2015/10/15 - 2018/10/14), the company obtained two national invention patents in 2011 with patent numbers ZL200910075852.6 and ZL200910075680.2. Currently, our centrifugal cast iron pipes comply with eight major standards, including European, American, Canadian, French, Italian, British, international, and national standards, offering a diverse range of over 100 specifications and varieties. Notably, the European standard EN877 products have undergone significant technological and equipment upgrades, resulting in a substantial improvement in product performance and quality. In terms of anti-corrosion coating processes, we have introduced new methods such as arc spraying zinc and electrostatic powder coating to meet the usage and requirements under different corrosion conditions in various countries and regions.
